Foursets is a fully remote Webflow agency built on one core belief: websites should be more than just good-looking, they should drive growth. Since 2021, we’ve helped B2B companies turn their websites into real growth engines through design, Webflow development, and SEO.

Now, we’re ready to grow ourselves, and we’re looking for a smart, independent, creative Marketing Specialist to lead the charge. This will be our first full-time in-house marketing hire, so if you’ve ever dreamed of helping shape a brand from the inside out, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute our digital presence across content, SEO, and LinkedIn – and improve it as you go.
  • Manage and create listings on platforms like Clutch, the Webflow Experts directory, G2, GoodFirms, and DesignRush to drive credibility and traffic.
  • Create engaging content formats that drive leads and build trust – think one-pagers, whitepapers, case studies, and more. And help to spread them.
  • Turn visitors into leads, through content, clever campaigns, and new growth tactics you’ll devise.
  • Grow our presence on LinkedIn, posting original insights and content that speaks to B2B marketing managers.
  • Come up with unconventional, budget-friendly ways to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Track performance, report on KPIs, and make improvements based on what’s working (or not).
  • Help position us as The Webflow agency people think of first.

 

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with an agency or SaaS company.
  • Strong skills in content marketing, SMM, and inbound strategy.
  • A self-starter mindset: you can work independently and don’t wait for permission.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Great English communication skills as our clients are all English-speaking.
  • A long-term mindset and ambition to grow into a CMO role within 3–5 years.

 

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience marketing to mid-sized B2B companies (100–500 employees).
  • Are familiar with HubSpot and know how to leverage it for inbound marketing.
  • Have worked in competitive markets like the US, EU, or Australia.
