Challenge
BD Emerson's founder Drew Danner came to us two years after the company was founded, skeptical and on a tight budget. What began as a website rebuild became a three-year partnership. Here's how it unfolded, in order.
BD Emerson came to us on WordPress with no inbound and a tight budget. We migrated the entire site to Webflow and rebuilt it on a marketplace template. We kept the visual design deliberately simple. The company wasn't at a stage where a standout, custom-designed site would pay for itself, and we told them so. The goal was a real, working website that could generate leads, and generate them now. Function came first. We shipped a clean, credible site fast, then moved straight to the channel that would fill it.
With the site live, we opened an SEO retainer. We began by mapping BD Emerson's service taxonomy, exactly what they sell and how buyers describe it. From there we built a semantic core of keywords, ran a full competitor analysis, and turned the strategy into a steady stream of content briefs. In the early days, founder Drew Danner wrote the articles himself. As the website started signing clients and his time evaporated, we took more of the content pipeline off his plate. Eventually BD Emerson hired an in-house content specialist to produce expert-level material, and we kept driving the SEO project around them. The first target was page one for "Vanta Implementation." We hit it in 90 days.
The results compounded. Within two years, the SEO work had returned a 9,000% annualized ROI and put BD Emerson on the first page of Google for 30+ queries from our strategy. In a single quarter, the website added $480k in new revenue, with a three-month payback on the original investment. And the clients it brought in were the real thing. These weren't leads sitting in a CRM. They were signed enterprise clients, tens of them, every one sourced through the website. The templatized site had done its job, and BD Emerson had outgrown it. Together we made the call: we were ready to look like the leader in their space.
The rebrand took about two months. A new identity, new positioning, and the perception of the whole company rebuilt for an enterprise buyer. Then we rebuilt the website on top of it. We kept the sitemap exactly as it was. It was already converting, and we don't break what works. What changed was everything visual. The marketplace template gave way to a fully custom, on-brand build. The result is an enterprise-grade website that earns a prospect's trust the moment they land.
Over three years we ran the migration, the SEO, and the brand end to end. Zero inbound at the start, 50+ enterprise clients by the end, every one of them sourced through the website.

"Since partnering with Foursets, we've continually expanded our engagement with their services. In 2025 alone, their expert content strategy and SEO efforts led eight enterprise clients to seek our services through our website. We now rank on the first page of Google for multiple key queries, including "Vanta Implementation" - our primary SEO goal achieved in just 90 days. This success contributed to an additional $480k in revenue in Q1 2026, with an astronomical ROI of over 9000% annually. Our payback period in the initial investment in redesign was three months!
After more than a three years with Foursets, our annual revenue up 65%+ across the partnership, margins held (was 45% after year one). Their exceptional performance allowed us to eliminate the need for another agency handling our outbound emails and LinkedIn campaigns. We now handle all these services through Foursets' bundled pricing, which is not only more affordable but also far more effective. My entire team is thrilled with the quality and professionalism of Foursets. They have truly transformed our marketing landscape."
