Lead Generation Manager (GTM Engineer)

Now is the perfect time to join us. We’re in a growth stage, and this role offers real impact and room for you to evolve along with us. You’ll play a key role in helping us reach the right prospects, start conversations, and book high-quality sales calls.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop cold outbound strategies: come up with messaging angles and ideas tailored to our ICP.
  • Build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources.
  • Use Clay to validate and enrich data, keeping our outreach list accurate and up to date.
  • Set up and maintain automated cold email campaigns (e.g., via Smartlead, or similar tools).
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, ensuring timely replies and clean sender reputations.
  • Warm up interested leads and coordinate handoffs to the sales team for booking calls.
  • Maintain and improve our lead gen infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, email warm-up tools, CRMs, etc.)

 

Our Requirements:

  • Proven experience with outbound lead generation, ideally in a B2B or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
  • Understanding of cold outreach best practices, like deliverability, personalization, and conversion.
  • Ability to manage and maintain the lead generation tech stack end-to-end.
  • Organized, proactive, and data-driven.
  • Comfortable with experimentation and iterating on what works.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a marketing or web agency.
  • Experience generating leads for design, development, or SEO services.
  • Technical mindset and ability to troubleshoot tools and workflows.
