The Role
You will lead brand identity design and visual communication across Foursets and client projects. You’ll translate abstract ideas into visual systems, craft brand identities for tech companies, and bring design concepts to life through strong graphics, creative metaphors, and storytelling.
In the first few months, you’ll focus on redefining Foursets’ brand identity and creating consistent visuals for marketing collateral and campaigns. Over time, you’ll also support web and marketing projects for B2B SaaS, tech, and agency clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand identity creation—from research and ideation to final delivery.
- Develop strong conceptual ideas and visual metaphors that define how a brand feels and communicates.
- Design marketing and campaign assets: presentations, case studies, PDFs, social media, and ads.
- Create both vector and raster illustrations and complex graphic compositions.
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Senior Web Designer to align brand visuals with website experiences.
- Work with Motion Designers to bring visual concepts to life through animation.
- Partner with Project Managers and Developers to ensure deliverables are aligned with brand and technical requirements.
- Maintain brand libraries, style guides, and creative documentation.
Our Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand and graphic design, ideally with tech or B2B companies.
- Proven track record in building complete brand identities—from concept to guidelines.
- Excellent graphic design skills and strong sense of visual composition, typography, and storytelling.
- Ability to create concepts and metaphors that simplify complex ideas.
- Familiarity with brand strategy principles (positioning, messaging, audience understanding).
- Strong illustration skills (both vector and raster).
- Ability to adapt to different design styles and adjust based on feedback.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary design team (web, motion, development, marketing).
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects.
It's Nice If You Have
- Experience working with SaaS, agency, or cybersecurity brands.
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or Rive).
- Experience supporting web design or marketing teams.
- Interest in creative direction and brand storytelling
