Challenge
We delivered the initial post-acquisition merger in 3-6 weeks: two domains unified into one Aware site, every URL from both useaware.co and inlytics.io mapped via 301 redirects, every blog post audited and migrated by hand into a clean Webflow CMS. The merger came in on time and on budget. It became the first month of what turned into two years.
After the merger sprint, Aware moved us onto a monthly retainer. Every month: new pages designed and developed, content expanded, SEO audited and optimized. No coordinating between a design freelancer, a Webflow developer, and an SEO consultant. One team, one budget, one Slack channel running the entire website function.
We standardized on premium Webflow templates as the starting point for every new page, the same call we made for the initial merger. Templates customized into specific feature, solution, and product launch pages let us ship in days instead of weeks. The Aware team handled content updates themselves on the Webflow CMS we built. We owned everything else.
The site grew steadily over 24 months. New product features got dedicated launch pages. Blog content compounded SEO authority. Inbound leads kept arriving. The partnership ended only when Taplio (a direct competitor) acquired Aware and retired the brand. The site went offline shortly after.
The team

“Timeline was one of our main goals: to migrate the acquired website soon enough that we could begin capturing more and more leads from the acquired website, to the parent company. In that, they did very well. They were even able to accommodate nuances: we asked that they skip some areas of the redevelopment of content to prioritize an early live launch, and that we revisit those areas later once the new site was in place. They've been great at this, and they're our ongoing design partner.
Great written communication, great design taste, responsive and quick to learn our tastes and preferences. There are some companies that may want more of a "song and dance" from their agency. But I not only don't expect that, I actively don't want it. So Foursets is perfect for the efficient team that needs a great partner while not sacrificing quality.”
