The Role
As a Webflow Team Lead, you’ll own complex Webflow projects, make technical decisions, build scalable and high-performance websites, and mentor developers—ideal for a senior Webflow expert seeking hands-on leadership and real ownership.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Webflow projects end-to-end and make technical decisions.
- Build complex, scalable Webflow websites and CMS architectures.
- Develop reusable components and enforce build standards.
- Implement advanced functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain advanced interactions and animations (Webflow & custom JS / GSAP).
- Apply Finsweet tools and frameworks at scale.
- Implement and manage third-party integrations, including API-based integrations.
- Ensure SEO fundamentals are correctly implemented.
- Ensure performance optimization (loading speed, clean structure, best practices).
- Review builds for quality, performance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, clients, and department leads.
- Mentor Junior and Middle Webflow Developers.
- Tasks management and planning.
Our Requirements
- Strong experience with Webflow on complex, production websites.
- Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
- Proven experience with Finsweet.
- Required experience with animations and interactions.
- Required experience with performance optimization.
- Strong SEO fundamentals (technical & on-page).
- Hands-on experience with integrations, including APIs.
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
It's Nice If You Have
- English level B1+
- Experience with other website platforms (e.g. WordPress, Framer, Shopify).
- Experience developing with modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Next.js).
