Challenge
The Webflow build was cluttered with code from previous developers, heavy images, and scripts firing in the wrong order. Mobile PageSpeed sat at 35. Disaster territory.
We took a broom to the codebase: removed hundreds of unused CSS classes, ripped out old JavaScript libraries, optimized every image, implemented lazy loading, and fixed the analytics scripts so they stopped blocking page render. Mobile went from 35 to 80. Desktop went from 68 to 95.
Before us, every page on CIM's site had a slightly different look. Different freelancers had touched different sections at different times. We rebuilt the visual system once and consolidated everything: unified spacing, consistent type scales, the same animation patterns across sections. The website finally felt like one product.
The marketing team could update content. Building new pages still needed a developer. Every new campaign idea got stuck in a sprint queue.
We built a library of pre-made, mobile-friendly sections: pricing tables, client testimonials, feature blocks, hero variants, comparison sections, CTAs. Marketing assembles new pages from blocks. Whole industry-specific landing pages get launched in hours.
CIM had been investing in SEO content for months without seeing results. The reason was technical: Google couldn't read the site properly. Structured data was missing. The robots.txt was misconfigured. The sitemap was broken. Meta hierarchies were inconsistent.
We rebuilt the technical SEO layer end to end. In the first 5 months alone: organic impressions up 33%, clicks up 11.5%. The content investments finally compounded.
In two years, CIM has cycled through three Chief Marketing Officers. Every time the leadership chair changed, the new CMO walked into a website that was already an asset. The component library, the SEO architecture, the design system, and the Foursets relationship were already in place. They could focus on strategy. Their infrastructure was already taken care of.
Continuity is the quiet superpower of a long retainer. CMOs change. The Webflow partner stays.

"Foursets has been very responsive and communicates project updates in a timely manner. I'm impressed by how quickly Foursets understood our business and product. The website performance has gone up from 35 to 70–80 on mobile, and conversions from our ICP have increased by 2x."
