CyberCrest, a cybersecurity & compliance firm, came to us with a headache. Their existing website was not just outdated, it was basically a digital zombie. Challenges

CyberCrest was facing several significant hurdles:

  • Zero-to-One Growth: The old website was a digital dead end. It produced exactly zero leads and had a structure so poor it was impossible to drive organic traffic. Before us, they were getting leads only from LinkedIn marketing and occasional email outreach, but they really wanted to turn their website into a new lead-generating machine.
  • Resource Constraints: The client was working with a limited budget for SEO and had no in-house content specialist. Content creation was super inconsistent because it relied on their subject matter experts, who were busy with their main jobs and could only write in their spare time. It was a classic "write when you can" situation.
  • Reinterpreting a "Brutal Tech" Identity: CyberCrest's existing brand was rooted in a "brutal tech" aesthetic, metal gradients, carbon textures, and glow effects. It looked dated. Our task was to reinterpret this core DNA for a modern audience.

We also hooked them up with social media graphics and one-pagers to keep their branding sharp. We successfully executed Webflow Development, CMS setup & content modelling, responsive layouts, interactions & animations, and QA testing.
  • A System for Content: To solve their content problem, we created a clear, simple, and repeatable process. We didn't just tell them to write; we provided detailed Content Briefs for each article. We broke it down so much that even people who rarely write could nail it. Each brief was built around a specific content topic and cluster, ensuring every article worked together to improve their overall search authority. These briefs included:
    • Specific keywords to use.
    • A defined structure with subheadings.
    • Clear technical SEO requirements.
    • Links to articles and references to study.
  • Technical SEO and Optimization: We conducted a thorough technical SEO audit before and after the launch.
