Build the marketing engine that builds the agency

You’ll own the digital presence end to end: content, SEO, LinkedIn, listings, lead capture, paid experiments, reporting. Your job is to turn the website into pipeline.

If you’ve ever wanted to shape a brand from the inside out, with full creative freedom and a seat at the strategy table, this is that seat.

What you’ll own

• Run our digital presence across content, SEO, and LinkedIn. Improve it month over month.
• Manage and grow our listings on Clutch, Webflow Experts directory, G2, GoodFirms, and DesignRush to drive credibility and inbound traffic.
• Create lead-driving content: one-pagers, whitepapers, case studies, comparison pages, and email sequences. Distribute everything actively.
• Turn website visitors into qualified leads through smart funnels, nurture flows, and conversion experiments.
• Grow our LinkedIn presence with original takes that resonate with B2B marketing leaders.
• Find unconventional, budget-friendly ways to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Track KPIs, build the reporting cadence, and make decisions based on what’s actually working.
• Position Foursets as the Webflow agency B2B SaaS marketing teams think of first.

You might be a fit if you have

• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at an agency or SaaS company.
• Strong skills in content marketing, SMM, SEO, and inbound strategy.
• A self-starter mindset. You move without permission and ship without hand-holding.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent English. Our clients are all English-speaking, and you’ll be writing for them.
• A long-term mindset. The plan is for you to grow into a CMO seat in 3-5 years.

Bonus points if you

• Have marketed to mid-market B2B SaaS companies (100-1000 employees).
• Know HubSpot well and can run inbound campaigns through it.
• Have worked competitive markets like the US, UK, EU, or Australia.
• Ship content yourself when needed (writing, light design, or both).
