Webflow CMS Integration Built for the Content Plan You Have Next Year

Your content plan has outgrown the site's structure. A new content type ships as a static page, the resource hub lives in a spreadsheet, and every publish is a developer ticket again. We design the model first, then build what your team publishes into.

CMS Integration

WHO WE ARE

Foursets runs Webflow CMS development, design, and SEO in one in-house team, and every person on it is a full-time Foursets employee.

Your site was built for a blog and a careers page. Then the content plan added case studies, then resources, then a partner directory. Now every new type is a project.

We treat Webflow CMS integration as a decision made before anything gets built: what becomes a collection, what becomes a field, what stays a static page. Seven Hills Technology creates a new blog post or service page in 10 minutes on the model we built for them.

PROBLEMS > SOLUTION

Common Problems, Uncommon Webflow CMS Optimization Services

The states we walk into once the content plan has outgrown the structure underneath it.

Challenge

The content plan has a type with nowhere to live, so the last three launches shipped as hand-built static pages.

The site was supposed to end the dev tickets. Every publish still goes through a developer.

The model was designed for the first version of the site and nobody has changed it since, so the team works around it with duplicated fields and a spreadsheet.

The case studies exist and never appear on the service pages they belong to. The resource hub cannot filter, because nothing is connected.

A new content type arrives next quarter and nobody can say whether it is an afternoon of work or another project.

Our Solution

We design the model before the build, so a new content type lands in its own collection and template.

We build collections and templates your team publishes into directly, with seats and roles that decide who edits what.

We reshape the structure around the content plan you have now, and name every field so the person publishing can tell what goes where.
We connect content with reference fields, so an item published once surfaces everywhere it fits. Listing pages get filtering and search that survive the collection growing.

We tell you where Webflow's ceilings sit and design around them, so you know which new types the model can take before you ask.

WEBFLOW EXPERT & PARTNER

Webflow experts, Premium Partners, and template authors, all in one shop

Foursets holds three Webflow credentials: certified Webflow experts since 2019, official Webflow template authors, and a Webflow partner at the Premium tier, the highest level in Webflow's partner program outside of Enterprise. On a mission to become a Webflow Enterprise Partner.

Vetted Webflow expertise

Webflow independently reviewed our work and certified it meets their standards.

Priority support

Direct access to Webflow's partner team when a build runs into a platform edge case.

Platform depth

CMS architecture, content roles and permissions, and Webflow Enterprise. We work at every layer of the Webflow ecosystem, not just the visual builder.

Our Services

Everything That Goes Into a Content Model Your Team Can Run

The model design decides which of these Webflow CMS development services your site needs.

(1/12)

Content Model Design

What becomes a collection, a field, a reference, and what stays a static page, decided with the people who will publish.

(2/12)

Collections and Fields Build

The collections and the custom fields inside them, named so the person publishing can tell what goes where without asking anyone.

(3/12)

Templates and Dynamic Pages

One template that renders every item, instead of forty near-identical pages somebody maintains by hand. You get them built and filled with your dynamic content.

(4/12)

Reference and Multi-Reference Relationships

Case studies that surface on the service pages they belong to, and resources that connect to their topics. Published once, used everywhere it fits.

(5/12)

Filtering, Search, and Listing Pages

Index pages that stay usable when the collection grows past the first screen.

(6/12)

CMS SEO Fields and Schema

Per-item meta tags and structured data generated from each item's own fields, with canonical tags that follow each item's URL. Our SEO team sets the rules.

(7/12)

Roles and Permissions

Who can edit content and who can build pages, set through Webflow's seats and roles.

(8/12)

Publishing Workflows

Drafts and scheduled publishing around how your team already works.

(9/12)

CMS API and Automation

Automated workflows that move content in and out of collections programmatically, for the cases where a spreadsheet or another system is the real source.

(10/12)

Existing CMS Restructure

Reshaping a content model on a Webflow site that has outgrown it, without losing items or breaking live URLs.

(11/12)

Localization-Ready Collections

A model that can carry a second language later without a rebuild.

(12/12)

Handover and Team Training

An editor guide and a training session that move the expertise to your side: how to add an item, what each field is for, what not to touch.

Case Studies

Don't take our word for it, look at the results.

Six projects with a CMS behind them. Each case page shows what we built and what changed for the client.

Your existing stack stays intact

Webflow doesn't replace your tools. It connects to them. We wire every new site to the platforms your team already runs, so your data flows cleanly from day one and nothing breaks at launch.

Advantages

Why Choose Foursets as Your Webflow CMS Developers

We replaced the standard agency "trust me, bro" model with radical transparency and zero hidden risks.

Senior developers only, on the part that is expensive to redo

Content modeling is where junior work does the most damage and shows the least. The site looks right at launch, and the bill arrives eighteen months later.

The team that builds the model keeps working on it

Each client stays with one pod of 5 to 8 people, and that pod owns the account. When the model has to grow, it grows with the developers who designed it.

The model is designed before anything is built

We design for next year's content plan, because decisions about collections are expensive to reverse.

The person who publishes is in the room

A structure that is elegant on a whiteboard and unusable on a Tuesday afternoon has failed. Your team signs it off before we build.

We tell you where Webflow's CMS ends

There are real caps on items, collections, and fields. We name the one your content plan will meet while the model is still on paper.

Designers and developers in one team

Design and Webflow development happen in one team, so templates get designed around the content that will fill them.

PROCESS

From the content plan to a model your team runs

The process runs seven days when the model is signed off on the day it is presented. Here is what each day looks like from your side.

DAY 1

Discovery call with Nick

You speak to Nick directly. He asks what the content plan says, who publishes, and what the site cannot carry today. The same day you get the hours and a contract.

DAY 2

Kickoff and access

A shared Slack channel and a ClickUp board go up. You hand over Designer access or a read-only preview link, whichever your policy allows.

DAY 3

Content model design

We map the collections, the fields, and the relationships between them, and walk you through why each decision went the way it did. Everything after this is built from that map.

DAY 4

Model review and sign-off

The people who will publish read the model and tell us where it does not match their week. What they say changes the structure, then you sign it off.

DAY 5

Build

Collections, fields, templates, and the dynamic pages that render them, built on staging behind a publish freeze we agree for the window.

DAY 6

Real content on staging

Your real content goes into the collections. Listing pages, filters, and relationships get tested against what the collection will really hold.

DAY 7

Publish, handover and training

The model goes live. The same day, the editor guide lands in the shared channel and we run the training session with your content team.

Ongoing. New content types

The content plan keeps moving. New types and model changes run through an hourly package or a retainer, with the same people.

FAQ

Frequently Asked (and Honestly Answered) Questions

What are the limits of the Webflow CMS?

The Webflow CMS caps items, collections, and fields inside one collection. On Webflow's Premium plan that is 20,000 items and 40 collections. The Team plan allows 100 collections, 100 fields, and 20 reference fields per collection. Webflow changed its plan lineup in 2026, so which ceiling applies depends on when your site moves to the new plans. We design against the plan you are on, so you know which ceiling you will meet first.
