Yes. Styles set on Webflow's desktop base flow down to the tablet and mobile breakpoints, and wide screens get up to three larger breakpoints of their own. Each breakpoint can override what it inherits. We test every build at five common resolutions per device type, tablet included, and a Web Designer checks it against your approved design.

Can Webflow support reusable design systems?

Yes. Variables hold your colors, sizes, and fonts, and changing one updates every style that uses it. Classes carry shared styles, and components hold repeated blocks, with variants for their different looks. We build your site on those pieces, so the pages marketing adds after launch inherit the same system.

Can you use GSAP in Webflow?

Yes. Since GSAP 3.13 on April 29, 2025, Webflow supports the full GSAP library natively, including the plugins that used to be paid, at no extra cost. Interactions with GSAP build scroll, hover, and load animations on a visual timeline, and GSAP also drives Lottie playback. We scope the animations in the proposal and build each one with its page. For Seven Hills Technology, that meant a custom five-stage Lottie animation that does the explaining their sales deck used to do.

How do you edit components in Webflow?

A component has one main version and instances placed across pages. Edits to the main component's structure or styles reach every instance, and properties let each instance carry its own text, images, or links. We set properties on the parts that change from page to page, so each new instance gets its own text and images and keeps the shared layout. Datastory's team was editing their site the day after launch.

How do you design a collection item in Webflow?

You design the Collection page template once, and every item in the CMS collection fills it, from a blog post to a case study. A change to the template changes the page of every item. Real content stretches a template in ways a mockup rarely shows, so our QA checks long headings on each build and error messages on each release.
