Webflow Localization Agency That Launches Every Language Together

The German launch has a date. Your site speaks English, and the few German pages somebody copied into a folder are already out of date. We set up the locales, a URL and hreflang for each language, per-market CMS content, and one workflow for every translation.

Trusted by 50+ B2B marketing teams across 25+ countries.

WHO WE ARE

Foursets, a Webflow Premium Partner, runs a senior in-house team of designers, developers, and SEO specialists. We provide multilingual Webflow site development services for B2B companies entering new markets, so each market gets its own version of your site on launch day.

The German pages sit in a copied folder that falls behind the English ones. A plugin broke the hreflang tags, and the CMS holds one version of every case study. We set up each language before your launch date as one of the Webflow agencies supporting global localization.

Design, development, and SEO have worked as one in-house team since 2021.

PROBLEMS > SOLUTION

Common Problems, Uncommon Webflow Localization Solutions

Challenge

The launch in a new country has a date, the site speaks one language, and sales keeps emailing translated PDFs because there is no page to send.

Our second language lives in a copied folder of pages, so each change is made twice and the translated pages keep falling behind.

We switched on a translation tool, and the translated pages barely show up in search because hreflang is missing or one URL serves every language.

Germany needs its own case studies and pricing page, and our CMS was built to hold one version of everything.

Our regional teams are afraid to touch their language, so each edit waits on the one person who knows how the locales work.

Our Solution

We start with a locale plan that settles which markets launch first, what they share, and which URL each language gets. Then we build those locales on your Webflow site.

We rebuild the copy as a Webflow Localize locale that inherits the main site's pages, styles, and CMS items until your team overrides them.

Each language gets its own URL, with hreflang tags in the page head and the sitemap. We check them on every template in every locale before launch.

We set up CMS fields that change per locale, and items that exist only in the market that needs them, so each market publishes its own case studies and prices while the rest stays shared.

An edit in a secondary locale changes that locale alone, on every Localize plan. We set roles per team, limit editors to their own locales on the Enterprise plans that offer locale access, and hand over the documentation.

WEBFLOW EXPERT & PARTNER

Webflow experts, Premium Partners, and template authors, all in one shop

Foursets has been a certified Webflow expert, an official Webflow template author, and a Webflow partner at the Premium tier, the highest level in Webflow’s partner program outside of Enterprise. On a mission to become a Webflow Enterprise Partner.

Webflow checked our client work before certifying us, and your locales get built to the same standard.

Priority support

We take a locale, routing, or sitemap problem that blocks your launch straight to Webflow's partner team.

Platform depth

From CMS architecture and Localize to Webflow Enterprise roles, we work across each layer a multilingual site runs on.

Our Services

Global Localization Services From a Webflow Agency That Plans Every Locale Before It Ships

Your scope names which of these parts your markets need before any work starts.

(1/12)

Locale and Market Plan

We settle which markets launch first, what all locales share, what differs per market, and each language's URL. The locale plan is part of the scope you approve.

(2/12)

Webflow Localize Setup

We set up your primary and secondary locales on the Localize plan your routing and URLs call for, and switch on publishing per locale as each market is ready.

(3/12)

URL Structure and Hreflang

Each language gets its own URL, a subdirectory such as /de/ or a subdomain through an app like Weglot, with hreflang tags and localized URLs where your Localize plan allows.

(4/12)

Per-Market CMS Content

Dynamic CMS content that changes per locale, and items that live only in the market that needs its own case studies, prices, or legal pages. Each market publishes its own items.

(5/12)

Translation Workflow

Text comes from machine translation, your translators, or Lokalise. Exclusion rules keep product-name fields untranslated on every plan, an Enterprise Localize glossary sets term translations, and people review before publishing.

(6/12)

Localized SEO Settings

Meta titles and descriptions, Open Graph images, and alt text for each locale, so a search result and a shared link both read in the visitor's language.

(7/12)

Locale Switcher and Routing

A locale switcher built into your design, page links that keep visitors on the same page in their language, and browser-language routing on the Advanced and Enterprise Localize plans.

(8/12)

Localized Assets and Visibility

Per-market images on the Advanced and Enterprise Localize plans, sections shown per locale on some Enterprise Localize plans, and right-to-left text for Arabic or Hebrew, which Webflow sets automatically.

(9/12)

Redirects Per Locale

A 301 rule on your root domain skips localized paths, so /old-url and /de/old-url each need their own redirect. We map both before anything publishes.

(10/12)

Adding Languages to an Existing Site

New locales go onto the Webflow site you already run, and the URLs it ranks on stay where they are. A site still on another platform starts with a migration.

(11/12)

Editor Roles Per Region

Roles for each regional team, and editors limited to their own locales on the Enterprise plans that offer locale access. An edit in a secondary locale changes that locale alone.

(12/12)

QA Across Every Locale and Handover

We check each template in each language on staging. You then get handover documentation that shows your team how the locales, roles, and translation workflow run.

Native Webflow Localize or a Translation App, Picked for Your Markets

Webflow Localize, still searched as Webflow Localization, fits when your language list is known and your team edits each locale and its CMS content inside Webflow. Each language then lives in a subdirectory such as example.com/de/, the only URL shape Localize serves. A translation management system you already run connects through an app such as Lokalise or Webflow's API. Localize is a site add-on billed per locale. The Team site plan includes two locales, and Enterprise Localize pricing is custom. Automatic routing and translated CMS slugs come with the Advanced and Enterprise Localize plans, and Ecommerce products, categories, and their pages can't be localized.

When a Translation App or Separate Sites Fit Better

Many languages at once, or languages that must live on subdomains such as de.example.com, point to another setup. Weglot lets a site choose subdomains, and a separate Webflow site per language gives the same result.

With separate sites, your team repeats each shared change on each site. With an app, we test its hreflang and CMS output on staging before launch.

We recommend a setup on the first call and fix it in the Day 2 scope.

Advantages

Why Choose Foursets Among Webflow Agencies That Support Global Localization

Your markets go live on decisions we make with you, in the scope, the build, and the handover.

The locale plan comes before the build

What stays shared and which URL each language gets cost the most to change later, so we settle both in the scope.

You hear the limits on the first call

Routing and translated slugs depend on the Localize plan, Ecommerce products can't be localized, and redirects multiply per locale. You hear this before you sign.

Designers, developers, and SEO specialists in one channel

The designer fitting longer German headlines, the developer building the switcher, and the SEO specialist checking hreflang share one Slack channel with you.

Your pod stays yours

The senior team that set up your locales keeps your account, so the next market is added by people who already know your CMS and URLs.

Changes in each language, about 48 hours after you ask

On a retainer, a task dropped in Slack or ClickUp goes live in about 48 hours, while the campaign is still running.

A staging link for every locale before it goes live

Slack and ClickUp are yours from kickoff. Each locale gets a staging link the day it goes up, and site publishing pauses until its market owner signs off.

PROCESS

From the First Call to Every Locale Live, Day by Day

This plan is for a site already on Webflow. Final dates come with your fixed quote on Day 2 and depend on how many languages you add and on translations arriving by Day 4. A move from another platform follows a migration timeline.

DAY 1

Discovery call with Nick

Nick, our founder, asks about your target markets, the launch date, who translates, and what differs per market.

DAY 2

Proposal and fixed scope

The scope lists the languages, the URL structure, what stays shared and what differs, the tool, and the Localize plan. A fixed quote comes with it.

DAY 3

Kickoff and locales on staging

Both teams get the same Slack channel and ClickUp board, you give us access to your Webflow site, and your secondary locales go up on staging with their URL structure, hreflang tags, and sitemap entries.

DAY 4

Per-market content

CMS fields and collections take their per-market content, machine or manual translation arrives through the agreed workflow, and each locale gets its SEO settings and images.

DAY 5

Staging review

The people who own each market read their language on staging and send changes through Slack or ClickUp.

DAY 6

QA and pre-launch checks

We check each template in each locale, the switcher, the routing, and every redirect per locale. A locale with an open ticket stays unpublished.

DAY 7

Launch and ongoing support

The locales go live and the handover documentation lands in Slack. New markets and campaign pages go through a retainer or prepaid hours.

FAQ

Frequently Asked (and Honestly Answered) Questions

How much does it cost to make a Webflow site multilingual?

Webflow bills Localize as a site add-on, per locale, on top of your site plan, and the Team site plan already includes two locales. Our Webflow pricing guide has the numbers. We quote our work per locale, as a one-time project from $60/hour, hourly packages from $900/month, or a retainer from $3,000/month. Translation is outside our quote unless we scope it in.

Can you move us from Weglot to Webflow Localize?
Can each market have its own content in the CMS?
How do you handle hreflang tags?
Will visitors land on their language automatically?
Can we add a language switcher that matches our design?
Can we change our site's main language or domain language without losing rankings?
Can we import the translations we already have?
