Design websites that ship and convert

You’ll work closely with web designers, graphic designers, web developers, and project managers to build visually impressive and functional websites for clients who care about originality and quality, from startups to established B2B companies.

We’re looking for someone curious, open to honest feedback, and proud of their work.

What you’ll own

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with each client’s brand identity, positioning, and sitemap.
• Create design concepts and prototypes in Figma.
• Draw or adapt graphics for website designs.
• Build look and feel concepts for full sites.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Provide creative input during planning and strategy meetings.
• Deliver clear, dev-ready assets and documentation.
• Stay current with web design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our portfolio sharp.

You might be a fit if you have

• At least 5 years of professional web design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing website design work.
• Hands-on graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience working with EU and US clients.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently without art direction or design fixes from teammates.
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Bonus points if you

• Have English proficiency at B1+.
• Have agency experience (software or marketing).
• Have hands-on experience with Webflow or similar platforms.
• Have basic knowledge of modern 3D tools like Spline or Blender.
• Have basic HTML/CSS knowledge for cleaner dev collaboration.
• Have drawing skills or experience with generative AI tools.
• Have motion design skills using After Effects, Rive, or Jitter.
