Add motion that earns its place on the page

You’ll work alongside web designers and developers to bring motion to live B2B SaaS websites. Hero-section animations. Lottie illustrations. GSAP scroll interactions. 3D compositions where the brief calls for it. Every animation has to support the design and respect performance budgets.

If you’ve ever shipped motion that pushed a project into Awwwards territory, or wanted to, this is the seat.

What you’ll own

• Design and produce motion concepts for B2B SaaS websites: hero animations, Lottie illustrations, scroll interactions, and 3D compositions.
• Collaborate with web designers and Webflow developers on motion that fits the layout and performs well.
• Build production-ready motion files (Lottie JSON, video assets, GSAP-friendly setups) that hand off cleanly.
• Optimize animations for file size, frame rate, and Core Web Vitals impact.
• Provide creative input during design and planning phases.
• Stay current with motion trends, tools, and what’s actually shipping on award-winning B2B sites.

You might be a fit if you have

• At least 5 years of professional motion design experience.
• A strong portfolio with shipped motion work on real websites or product surfaces.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Rive, or Jitter.
• Hands-on experience producing Lottie animations and exporting them for web.
• Familiarity with GSAP and how scroll-based animations are built in Webflow.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel.

Bonus points if you

• Have English proficiency at B1+.
• Have agency experience (software or marketing).
• Have basic 3D skills (Spline, Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Have web or graphic design skills beyond motion.
• Have built motion for B2B SaaS or technology brands.
