The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team and help ensure predictable, high-quality execution of web and digital projects. This role sits at the intersection of clients, designers, developers, and SEO specialists and is focused on creating clarity, structure, and alignment across all stages of delivery.

A Project Manager at Foursets is not just a task coordinator. This role is responsible for translating client intent into structured execution, maintaining delivery predictability, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring that projects move forward in a controlled and transparent way.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple web projects and ensure predictable delivery across scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate designers, developers, and SEO specialists using ClickUp.
• Structure client requests into clear, actionable requirements.
• Maintain clean documentation, task hygiene, and decision tracking.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams; set and manage expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues early.
• Track progress against estimates and flag budget or timing risks.
• Follow and help improve PM processes and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Structured thinking and strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate with clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Ownership mindset and reliable follow-through.
• Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (ICP, positioning) and SEO value.
• Technical fluency around websites (CMS, components, Webflow or similar).
• 1+ year experience in project coordination or management (agency experience is a plus).
• Confident English communication (B2+).
• Experience with PM tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, etc.).
