Webflow site with a 95 PageSpeed score, designed and shipped in 3 weeks.

Contour is a data integration and performance management platform for multi-location operators in healthcare, restaurants, retail, and services. They needed a Webflow site that matched the polish of their product without the timeline of a custom build. We delivered a 10-page site, performance-optimized end to end, in three weeks from kickoff to launch.

Challenge

Contour needed a Webflow site that matched the polish of their product without the timeline of a custom build. The brief was clear: fast to ship, fast to load, premium feel. Custom from scratch would have taken months. The challenge was hitting all three constraints without compromise.

Approach

The template was picked on its PageSpeed budget.

Contour’s template selection came down to performance baseline. The visuals got rebuilt anyway: colors, typography, components, and information architecture all customized for Contour’s brand and messaging. A slow performance baseline would have been a months-long fix. The performance budget was the part we couldn’t easily change later, so it drove the selection.

10 pages built around how multi-location ops leaders buy.

Operational leaders evaluating Contour need specific answers, fast: what does it integrate with, what dashboards do I get, what does my manager see vs. what I see, how does the AI layer work, what does it cost. Each of the 10 pages was designed to answer one buyer question.

Performance was baked in at design time.

A 95 PageSpeed Insights score with green Core Web Vitals doesn’t happen by accident. Every image converted to modern formats. Every script audited for render cost. Every component built lightweight. Most of that work happens at design and dev time. Once a site ships, every speed gain costs three times the effort.

Three weeks, end to end. Tight scope was the only way that worked.

Strategy, design, development, and launch in 21 days. The constraint that made it possible was scope: 10 focused pages, no blog CMS to set up, no complex integrations beyond a contact form. Every minute that didn’t go into the 10 pages would have killed the timeline.
